Liberty Hill Housing Corporation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) agency.
It is the mission of the Liberty Hill Housing Corporation to develop safe, quality, affordable, accessible housing choices, integrated into the community, for individuals and families with low incomes and persons with disabilities.
Liberty Hill Housing Corporation owns, manages and leases over 60 homes in over 20 communities throughout Wayne County. Many homes are created to be barrier-free, energy efficient and affordable supportive housing for people who have choice and control over where and with whom they live.
We also property manage more than 500 properties and leases under a contract with our affiliate, Community Living Services. These homes are all for adults with developmental disabilities.
Additionally, we build barrier-free housing with grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Michigan State Housing and Development Authority, Wayne County and the city of Westland.
The development of any Liberty Hill property begins with our many partners such as Community Living Services, Inc., Wayne County Neighborhood & Economic Development, HUD, MSHDA and the Community Development departments of the cities in which we own properties.
